The City of Sturgeon Bay has designated
4 PM to 7 PM as the hours for trick or treating on Thursday October 31, 2013. While out trick or treating make sure to stop by the Sturgeon Bay City Hall to pick up some treats and to go through the Police, Fire, and EMS vehicles.
