On September 18th at 3:12 am there was a vehicle
struck in front of a residence on 18th Avenue. The suspects' vehicle left light blue paint transfer where it struck the victim's car. The suspects’
vehicle should have moderate to severe front passenger side damage. If you have any information, please contact
