Officers responded to numerous calls for service throughout the evening and into the early morning hours of Wednesday. Due to the heavy snow that we received overnight many trees and wires were down due to the storm. Some of the wires and trees were removed overnight from the roadways, but some are still partially in the roadway or off to the side. Officers ask motorists as they make their morning commute to work take extra precautions when out driving as the Sturgeon Bay Street Department continues to remove the fallen limbs from the roadways.
