Counterfeit $100 Bills Passed In Area


On Monday around 1 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Taco Bell for a counterfeit $100.00 dollar bill. Officers are currently conducting an investigation into this matter and the Secret Service is assisting with examination of the $100.00 bill.   The Sturgeon Bay Police Department reminds all of the local businesses to use counterfeit detector pens whenever possible when handling large denomination bills.
