On Tuesday afternoon around 3 PM, the Sturgeon Bay Police
Department, with the assistance from investigators from the Door County
Sheriff’s Department, arrested a 19 year old Sturgeon Bay man in connection with the early
Tuesday morning Armed Robbery to the Michigan Street Citgo convenient store.
Officers took the man into custody outside an east side residence. Articles of
clothing the suspect wore, the knife he used and cash were recovered and were
found in the apartment and are believed to be connected to this incident.
Evidence from other crimes was also recovered. The 19 year old Sturgeon Bay man is incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
