On July 28, 2013 at 3:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to a residence on the east side of Sturgeon Bay for blasting caps and electronic detonators, which were found in the garage. The blasting caps and electronic detonators were determined to be quite old and were probably kept by the previous owner. The Brown County Sheriffs Department Bomb Squad responded to the residence to remove the blasting caps. The items were removed by the Bomb Squad without incident.
