Sturgeon Bay Man Arrested For OWI At SBPD
On January 12, 2013, at 2:30 PM, Officers were investigating a harassment complaint and had contacted a 40 year old Sturgeon Bay man to come to the Police Department for an interview. While interviewing the man an investigator became suspicious that the man may be intoxicated due to the odor of alcohol coming from the man. The investigator notified an Officer of his findings and the Officer had the 40 year old Sturgeon Bay man conduct field sobriety tests (FST's). A preliminary breath test (PBT) was issued to the man, which indicated a .11 amount. The 40 year old Sturgeon Bay man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and a Probation Hold and was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
