On February 8, 2013 at 2 AM, Officers on patrol stopped a truck for a traffic violation on Kentucky Street. As soon as the vehicle stopped the driver exited and approached Officers. Officers attempted to order the man back into his truck, but he had locked himself out. Officers interviewed the man and determined he had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests (FST's), which the man failed. A preliminary breath test (PBT) was given, which indicated a .18 amount. The 40 year old Forestville man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 4th offense and transported to the Door County Jail where he was incarcerated on OWI 4th Offense & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
