On October 30, 2013 at 10:08 PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of Michigan Street and Third Avenue for a suspicious male standing in the middle of the roadway yelling at vehicles. Officers found the male and made contact with him while other Officers spoke with the complainant. Officers found that the 29 year old Sturgeon Bay man had attempted to get a phone number from a young girl, but was unsuccessful. The Sturgeon Bay man then chased after the vehicle the girl had gotten into down the roadway striking the window of the vehicle numerous times. Officers arrested the Sturgeon Bay man for Disorderly Conduct and incarcerated him at the Door County Jail.
