On October 28, 2013 at 10:44 AM, Officers were dispatched to a theft complaint at Econo Foods. Upon arrival Officers reviewed surveillance footage and identified a 18 year old Sturgeon Bay woman who had stole a bottle of liquor from the Econo Foods Liquor Department. Officers later made contact with the woman and cited her for Ordinance Theft.
