On December 7, 2013 at 7:26 PM, Officers were advised by a Community Service Officer that a vehicle on Egg Harbor Road was driving in the other lane of travel. Officers caught up to the vehicle and stopped it. Officers made contact with the driver and identified him as a 42 year old Sturgeon Bay man. While talking with the driver Officers found that the man had been drinking alcohol. Officers administered Field Sobriety Tests (FSTS), which the Sturgeon Bay man failed. Officers provided Preliminary Breath Test (PBT), which indicated a .22 amount. Officers arrested the 42 year old Sturgeon Bay man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 2nd Offense and incarcerated him at the Door County Jail.
