On December 14, 2013 at 2:36 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Officers made contact with the driver and identified him as a 28 year old Sturgeon Bay man. While talking with the driver Officers found that the man had been drinking alcohol. Officers administered Field Sobriety Tests (FSTS), which the Sturgeon Bay man failed. Officers provided Preliminary Breath Test (PBT), which indicated a .14 amount. Officers arrested the 28 year old Sturgeon Bay man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 2nd Offense and incarcerated him at the Door County Jail.
