The above photograph shows the suspect in the Arson incidents on 06/09/12 at 1:48 AM walking across the Michigan Street Bridge towards the west side of the city. Remember there is a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of the individual involved in the Arson incidents. Tomorrow I hope to have the video of the two incidents available to view online.
