Officers Arrest Kewaunee Man After Investigating Suspicious Activity!

On Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 6 AM, Officers on patrol observed a group of men walking south on Duluth Avenue. As the Officer approached one of the three males took off running into a adjacent yard and attempted to hide behind a bush. The Officer turned around and notified other patrol units of the male attempting to elude the Officer. The Officer made contact with the two remaining males and identified them. The Officer noticed the males had been drinking and found that one of them was on Probation. While investigating further the Officer determined the male on Probation had drugs on his person and hadn't been entirely truthful with the Officers. The 20 year old from Kewaunee was arrested for violating his Probation and issued three citations for Obstructing An Officer, Underage Drinking, and Possession of Synthetic Marijuana. The 20 year old Kewaunee man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
