On Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 2:40 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle on 1st Avenue for travelling without its lights on. Upon making contact with the 24 year old driver, Officers determined she had been drinking. Officers had the female driver conduct field sobriety tests (FST's), which the female failed. Officers arrested the 24 year Sturgeon Bay women for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). The female driver was later released to a responsible adult.
