On February 19 at 2:24am, city officers were dispatched to Kitty O' Reilly's Irish Pub for a fight between three males. Investigation revealed three males had been harassing a female bartender during the evening, and was told to stop by a male bartender. At closing time, the male bartender stepped outside to take down the pub's "open" flag, when one of the three males grabbed the flag from him and began hitting the bartender with it. The other two males joined into the fight before it was broken up.
No serious injuries occurred and the bartender did not want to pursue criminal charges. Based on the nature of the disturbance, the three males were issued ordinance citations for disorderly conduct. Two of the males were from Kentucky, ages 23 and 27, and the third male was from Missouri, age 32.
