33 Year Old Sturgeon Bay Man Arrested After Nearly Striking Officers Squad
On Sunday morning around 2:52 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle after it had almost struck an Officers squad. Officers interviewed the driver and determined the driver had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the driver failed. The driver, 33 year old Douglas Haydon Jr. was arrested on suspicion of operating motor vehicle while intoxicated 5th offense (OWI). Officers transported Haydon to the Door County Jail where he was booked into the jail on Felony Operating While Intoxicated.
