48 Yr Old Sturgeon Bay Man Arrested For 4th Offense OWI
Last night around 9:52 PM, Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle in the area of 8th Place after observing the vehicle squeal its tires and fail to stop for a stop sign. Officers interviewed the driver and found that he had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the driver failed. Officers arrested David Belekevich a 48 year old Sturgeon Bay man on suspicion of Operating A Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (OWI) 4th Offense. Belekevich was transported to jail where he was booked into the jail on felony OWI.
