Dogs Running At Large Leads To Altercation
On September 4, 2011 at 7:23 PM, Officers responded to an altercation in the 900 block of Geneva Avenue. Upon arrival Officers found two males who had been in an altercation over dogs running at large. Officers ended up seperating the two males and warned the owner of the dogs about not having his dogs on a leash in the City of Sturgeon Bay. Officers would like to remind everyone that no matter how well trained your dog is they need to be on a leash at all times. It is also against the law to allow your dog to deficate on someone elses property without picking it up. Both are ordinance violations, which carry a $100-300 fine.
