On September 15, 2011 at 1024 Hrs, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 800 blk of Belmar Place. Upon arrival Officers were informed by the homeowner that a male named Jerry lake had contacted her stating she had won 1.5 Million Dollars. The phone number that the homeowner was contacted by
was listed as 876-342-3300. Officers contacted the number and a male with a foreign accent answered, but hung up when Officers advised him the purpose of the call.
