On March 23, 2013 at 6:24 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Highway and Oxford Avenue for a PI Accident. Upon arrival they observed a vehicle in the north ditch. Officers assisted the Sturgeon Bay Fire Department with extricating the unresponsive man from the vehicle. Officers determined the man suffered a medical emergency, which led to the crash. The Sturgeon Bay man was transported to the Door County Medical Center for evaluation.
