On March 31, 2013 at 12:15 PM, Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle in the Walmart Parking lot because Officers had recognized the driver as being revoked for prior OWI's. Officers made contact with the driver identified as Timothy J. Medd and found the 52 year old Sturgeon Bay man had been drinking. The passenger inside the vehicle had also been drinking and wasn't able to drive. Officers administered field sobriety tests to Medd who failed. Officers administered a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) to Medd, which indicated .25 amount. Officers arrested Medd for OWI 5th Offense and incarcerated him at the Door County Jail.
