On March 23, 2013 at 2:15 AM, Officers working downtown were dispatched to the area of Jefferson Street and Third Avenue for an intoxicated motorist. Upon arrival numerous pedestrians were pointing to a vehicle. The pedestrians and a nearby taxi driver stated the driver could hardly walk and was now driving the vehicle. The driver was issued a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT), which indicated a .20 amount. The 25 year old female driver was arrested for OWI and assisted to the squad car.
