On March 28, 2013 at 3:15 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Police Department for a personal injury accident. Upon arrival Officers met with a 18 year old female who stated she had been walking out to her vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart when a vehicle had struck her back of her leg as it backed up. The women was limping and complaining of pain in the left knee while speaking to Officers inside the Police Department. Officers took the complaint and began to investigate the matter. Officers obtained footage from Walmart and found that the incident never took place. Officers cited the 18 year old female for Obstructing An Officer.
