On June 12th at 10:15 PM, Officers on foot patrol downtown observed a male urinating near the city docks by Stone Harbor Resort. The male identified as a 35 year old Appleton man was cited for public urination and sent on his way.
On June 13th at 12:15 AM, Officers working downtown observed a female squatting in the stairwell leading to the reality building on third avenue. Officers observed the female urinating in the stairwell. The female was identified as a 28 year old Oshkosh woman. Officers cited the woman for public urination and sent her on her way.
