Around 2:40 AM, while working one of the three fights downtown Officers observed a vehicle squealing its tires downtown. Officers stopped the driver a 31 year old Sturgeon Bay man and arrested the male for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense and Felony Probation after the driver failed field sobriety tests. The 31 year old male was booked into the Door County Jail.
