On Friday, July 29th at 10:00 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Alabama Place for a Noise Complaint. Upon arrival Officers found an underage drinking party in one of the nearby apartments. As a result Officers cited 3 juveniles with underage drinking and 2 adults for providing alcohol and allowing the juveniles to consume it.
