On December 2, 2012 at 6:52 PM, Officers who were leaving the Police Department to go back on patrol could clearly hear a disturbance in front of Cherry Lanes Bar. Officers could see and hear a man swearing at another man who was walking away from him. The man who was swearing causing the disturbance was yelling repeated profanities and attempting to start an altercation with the other man. Officers made contact with the Florida man in front of the bar about the disturbance. Upon interviewing the man, Officers found that he felt that the other man may attempt to harm him. Officers cited the 49 year old Florida man for Disorderly Conduct.
