On May 11, 2014 at 10:25 PM, Officers were called to a residence on 7th Avenue for a missing person complaint. As Officers investigated the complaint Officers later found the missing person at a residence in Sturgeon Bay. At the residence Officers found that there was underage drinking going on at the location of where the missing person was found. Officers also found a juvenile male who was intoxicated and swearing at Officers while outside the residence. The juvenile male was arrested for misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and cited for Underage Drinking. Another juvenile male was also cited for Underage Drinking. The missing person was safely returned home by Officers.
