On May 26, 2014 at 11:44 PM, Officers stopped a vehicle after a woman had reported a man was following her. Officers stopped the vehicle and found that the vehicle was driven by the woman's husband. Officers found that the 30 year old Suamico driver had been drinking. Officers administered field sobriety tests to the driver, which the man failed. Officers administered a preliminary breath test (PBT), which indicated a .14 amount. Officers arrested the Suamico man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and incarcerated him at the Door County Jail.
