On July 13 at approximately 12:10am, officers were
dispatched to 704 N 4th Ave for yelling and screaming. Police investigated and learned a 21 yr old
male from Green Bay was visiting the residence and got into an argument with
one of the homes tenants. During the
argument, the suspect stuck one of the female tenants in the nose, leaving a mark. The suspect fled the scene prior to police
arrival.
Police are still attempting to locate and question the suspect, but expect
to charge with him with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.
