On March 8, 2013 at 12:40 AM, Officers working on the east side of Sturgeon Bay conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Louisiana Street for a traffic offense. Upon making contact with the driver Officers found that the passenger was intoxicated and had a difficult time orientating herself to her surroundings. Officers found that the 20 year old woman had bond conditions of absolute sobriety and wasn't supposed to be in contact with the driver. Officers administered a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) to the 20 year old, which indicated a .26 amount. Officers arrested the 20 year old for Underage Drinking and Bail jumping. The 20 year old Sturgeon Bay woman was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
