On February 24, 2013 at 12:30 AM, Officers on patrol observed a vehicle stuck in the snowbank just prior to the Michigan Street Bridge. Officers made contact with the driver who admitted to consuming 2 beers. Officers conducted field sobriety testing on the driver, which the driver failed. The driver was given a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT), which indicated a .21 result. The 28 year old Green Bay man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and transported to the Door County Jail where he was incarcerated.
