On March 13, 2013 at 9:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to a convenience store on Michigan Street for a Theft. Upon arrival Officers observed video footage, which showed a white male conceal a bottle of liquor and then leave the convenience store. After observing the footage Officers recognized the man and made contact with the 44 year old Sturgeon Bay man at a residence on 5th Avenue. Officers arrested the 44 year old man for Retail Theft and Bail-jumping. The Sturgeon Bay man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
