With the recent arrest by Green Bay PD in a cold case from 15 years ago. The Sturgeon Bay Police Department would like to remind its citizens that our investigators are still investigating a cold case from September 8, 1975. On September 8, 1975 around 4:30 PM, a 35 year old female named Carol Jean Pierce went missing from her residence located on Elm Street and Hudson Avenue. Since going missing Investigators have put in countless hours investigating leads.
