On April 27, 2012 at 7:20 PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of NWTC for a male and female arguing. Upon arrival Officers observed the male forcibly yanking on the females arm and yelling at her. Officers interviewed both individuals and found that the male was intoxicated and had been preventing the female from walking home by using force. The 41 year old Sturgeon Bay man was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Door County Jail. The female was given a ride to her residence and didn't suffer any injuries from the incident.
