Green Bay Man Arrested For 7th Offense OWI!
On May 16, 2012 at 9:51 PM, Officers stopped a vehicle for a defective brake lamp on Third Avenue. Officers identified the driver as Tony D. Temple a 42 year old Green Bay man. While talking with Temple Officers determined the driver was revoked and had been drinking alcohol. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which Temple failed. Officers arrested Temple for Felony Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 7th Offense, Operating While Revoked Due To OWI, and a Probation Hold. Officers transported Temple to the Door County Jail where he was incarcerated on the above charges. Temple remains incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
