Sturgeon Bay Man Arrested On Multiple Charges!
On Saturday at 2:30 AM, Officers observed a Sturgeon Bay man hiding behind a tree as Officers drove past. Officers identified the male and determined that he had just gotten off Probation. Officers left the area and attended to other matters downtown. Officers later determined the man was on bond not Probation and wasn't supposed to be drinking, which he had been. Around 5 AM, Officers made contact with the male at his residence and arrested him for violating his bond conditions. Officers conducted a search of the Sturgeon Bay man and found a females drivers license and ATM Card in his pocket. Officers made contact with the owner of the items who hadn't reported the stolen items to Police yet. The 41 year old Sturgeon Bay man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail on Bail jumping, Theft (3 Counts), and Misuse of Prescription Drug.
