On April 28, 2012 at 7:33 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of S. 18th Avenue
for a shots fired call. Upon arrival Officers observed two teenage men shooting a gun into the field behind their residence at some targets. Officers made contact with the men and determined the gun to be a BB gun. Officers warned the men about shooting BB guns in the city. Officers remind citizens it is illegal to shoot BB guns within the city limits and you could receive a citation $186.00 for discharging or possession of firearm/airgun, City of Sturgeon Bay Ordinance 10.1.
