The Sturgeon Bay Police and Fire Department's Honor Guard participated in retired Officer Russ Demmins funeral this past week. Officer Demmin was a Sturgeon Bay Police Officer and served the community for almost 20 years. Officer Russ Demmin will be added to the Police Departments memorial page
