On January 1, 2012 around 4 AM, Officers were dispatched to a residence on the east side of Sturgeon Bay for an Assault. The assault occurred during a New Years Eve party. Officers interviewed the victim and obtained a search warrant for the residence where the party occurred at. Officers executed a search warrant on the residence and took three males into custody. One of the males was arrested after fighting with Officers and had to be tased due to refusing to comply with Officers commands. All three individuals were incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
