On Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 6:30 PM, Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle on Oregon Street at 1st Avenue after it failed to stop for a stop sign. Officers interviewed the driver and found that the driver had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests on the driver, which the driver failed. The 42 year old Sturgeon Bay man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense and incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
