On January 26, 2012 at 3 PM, Officers took into custody Andrea M Esther a 28 year old Sturgeon Bay women on a warrant for First Degree Reckless Homicide 940.02 (2)(a). Esther was transported to the Door County Jail where she was incarcerated. The First Degree Reckless Homicide charge stems from an incident that occurred on 10/15/11 where a local man named Demetrias Moya had died.
