On September 15, 2012 at 4 AM, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of Delaware Street for a Noise Complaint. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a male resident who was intoxicated. The male a 55 year old Sturgeon Bay man answered the door and told Officers he would turn down his music and slammed the door shut. As Officers were leaving the man exited his house and began to say profanities to the Officers who were driving away in their squads. A short time later Officers determined the man was on bond for absolute sobriety and returned to the residence. Upon returning the Sturgeon Bay man refused to comply with Officers orders and resisted arrest. The Sturgeon Bay man was arrested for Felony Bail jumping, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting and Obstructing Officers.
