Officers Remind Citizens To Always Lock Car Doors
Within the past few weeks Officers have been dispatched to an increasing number of theft complaints involving vehicles being left unlocked and items being stolen from them. Officers remind citizens to lock their vehicles whenever they are not by them and to remove valuables from the vehicle when not in use. During the most recent incidents the thefts occurred overnight in the areas of 1000 blocks of Memorial Drive and Quincy Street. During the thefts a GPS, Wallet, and XM Car Stereo were taken. As always contact the Police Department if you hear or see anything suspicious going on in the neighborhood. If anyone has information regarding the thefts they are urged to contact the Police Department at 920-746-2450 or use the confidential web tip form located at http://www.sturgeonbaypolice.com/webtip.html
