On Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 11:10 PM, Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle for speeding on Duluth Avenue. Upon making contact with the 36 year old driver Officers observed the driver to have been drinking alcohol. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the driver failed. Officers arrested the 36 year old Forestville man for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense and issued him citations for speeding and possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. The 36 year old driver was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
