On September 20, 2012 at 7:44 PM, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of Quincy Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the occupants and determined one of the males was intoxicated and refusing to leave the residence. Officers found the 57 year old Sturgeon Bay man and arrested the man for violating his bond conditions of absolute sobriety.
