On September 3, 2012 at 2:30 AM, Officers on patrol of the downtown area were alerted to a fight occurring in the intersection of Kentucky Street and 3rd Avenue. Upon arrival Officers observed numerous individuals fleeing. After a brief foot chase Officers made contact with a 29 year old Green Bay man who witnesses stated had started the altercation.
While attempting to identify the man Officers found that he had given Officers a false name. Officers were advised of the mans real name by the mans friends. The Green Bay man was arrested for a Felony Body Only Warrant out of Brown County and issued three municipal citations, which were Obstructing an Officer, Urinating In Public, and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. The 29 year old Green Bay man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
