On Sunday morning Officers arrested two Sturgeon Bay women for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). At 2 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle on Claybanks Road for driving down the middle of the roadway. Officers also found that the driver was suspended. While talking with the driver Officers determined the driver had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the 25 year old Sturgeon Bay women failed. The Sturgeon Bay women was arrested and transported to the Door County Jail where she was incarcerated on OWI 3rd Offense.
At 4 AM, Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. While catching up to the vehicle Officers realized the vehicle was the same vehicle driven by the complainant involved in an incident earlier in the night. Officers stopped the vehicle and conducted field sobriety tests, which the driver failed. Officers Arrested the 24 year old Sturgeon Bay women for OWI.
