Officers Arrest Sturgeon Bay Man For OWI 5th!
On April 17, 2012 at 1:30 AM, Officers on patrol observed a vehicle with loud exhaust and defective tail lamps. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and detected that the driver of the vehicle had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the driver failed. The driver a 55 year old Sturgeon Bay man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 5th Offense. The driver was transported to the Door County Jail where he was incarcerated on OWI 5th Offense.
